I love browsing around for new things to try, especially in the snack and drink isles. The employees are always kind and pleasant to chat with. They also have quick ready to go meals at a great price!

Last year I 1. Got Over priced for Salmon package. Salmon Package price was $18 . Cashier charged me $25. I only noticed the over charged after Leaving the store. Although I got my money back when I came back to the store, it was a very unpleasant experience. 2. Another time, I got to the store at 8:45 pm. Door sign says closing time is 9:pm. The door was already closed but I could see customers still shopping, I Tried calling their attention by knocking on the door, many employees saw me knocking but they didn’t bother opening the door. I managed to go inside when a customer came out. I made a complaint to what appears to be a customer service desk by the exit and the lady and man in charge response was very rudely and unprofessional, the man said He didn’t care and he said: “If you don’t like it go to somewhere else, We don’t Need you here”!!! (If you’re reading this you know this is true). It’s a shame! Plus Most of the workers at most departments don’t speak English and they just ignore you and continue walking by when you ask for questions about where to find stuff. SO If you continue to shop here, BEWARE OF THEIR OVERCHARGING PRICES AT CASHIERS! AND ALWAYS KEEP AN EYE ON EACH AND EVERY ITEM THEY SCAN
M	Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL IF YOU SHOP AT THE CENTRA AURORA STORE. Bought some short ribs and when I got home weighted it and it was almost close to a pound less to what their scale said. Their excuse was you loose almost a pound of meat when you cut in 3 pieces. I called right away and she would not make any adjustments. Becarful when you go to the meat counter they will rip you off.

K	Karen L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centra is the main East Asian grocery store that I know of in Barrie, and pleased with their fresh selection of fruits, veggies and seafood. Lots of rice brands and sauces to choose from.

They have all the Asian grocery but way way over priced on most items. $12 for a 4l jug of unico vegetable oil. $12 for a bottle of fish sauce. Thier fruits are way over priced and majority of their items. Dont get me wrong some of thier herbs and veggies are cheap but they mark up the prices so much on majority of thier items it's a joke. Down the road is freshco and they sell thier fruits veggies and regular items for like 50-70% less. This place is a joke.
B	Bev Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved, loved, loved my experiences here. The produce department is kept fresh, the area clean, and interesting. When I say interesting I mean they have fruit that you don't see you normal grocery stores you'll just have to go and see for yourself. The mangelo oranges are large and juicy, as well as the apples, the raspberries we're on sale 2 for $5 when I was there last week. The bananas add real flavour to them unlike other grocery stores with either tastes like nothing or straw. The fresh seafood here was a delight to see oh, they also have a hot steam table of take-home Foods so you don't have to worry about cooking dinner the evening you go shopping. Centra also has their own homemade prepackaged meals for take home as well which I pick up they're very tasty and last for two or three meals each. Wednesday seems to be the day to shop.
