★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment turned. Skyline Owners turned to Q Residential the new Owner and Superintended workers don't give a %$#@, Roaches Roaches Roaches, + the stench smell from the roaches, nothing gets done. I'm getting out of here before the Roaches throw my stuff over the balcony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New company Q Residential took over about a year ago and the building has gone down since. Onsite managements answer to everything is that they don’t know or it’s head office.
1) Parking is not enforced and people park wherever they want, also during recent repaving visitors parking was moved to the closest spots to the building and tenant parking moved further away.
2) Balcony construction. Half the building has been completed and the other half has been sitting for over a week and a half.
Edit: balconies are completed but they look awful.
3) Contractors cutting bricks STARTING at 730 at night. Absolutely Maddening when they start construction at bed time.
4) Roaches. Roaches in common areas and elevators
Edit: Still roaches.
Final Edit: I moved!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 89 year old father lives here( 5 yrs now) When they moved in it was nice. Now it's a home for cockroaches. They know how to properly get rid of them but save $$ by only doing the ones people complain about. Which doesn't work
Q residential are like slumlords.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centennial place 1and 2 I would like to see a paint job done on the equipment on the roofs of the buildings. They are a total eye sore. I am going to contact the city about this maybe they can something about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skyline was bad , I moved in to a apartment that wasn’t even painted, no new carpet, had to take because my father hated heights and other units were 8th floor and up. The first few new landlords were absolutely horrible, although the ones that are there now have turned the building around, took ages to do from the nasty mess that was left to the them. There was cockroaches long before they came and if you tell them about it they will send in the bug guys. They can only do so much , and there are many dirty , slobs living there. I’m moving out because I can’t afford it anymore plus my father died and the thought of going there makes me get flashbacks.
