Terrible company... no communication Both Vlad and Noam never returned any of my emails/ calls I placed an order in May for a board room mic. July rolls around and still no mic. I spoke to Vlad and he tells me that they are on back order coming from overseas, should arrive end of July. August rolls around now, and Vlad is on vacation so I speak to Noam. He tells me my order has been cancelled??? I never cancelled my order.. He then tells me he will look into it. THE LAST I HEARD FROM ANYONE THERE. Everyone avoids my emails and calls. I send emails with read receipts, and I am notified they are reading my emails... but no response till now. Disgusting customer service. They are not even deserving of 1 star. Would not recommend anyone purchasing from here... better off else where believe me... save your time.

If I could give NEGATIVE starts I seriously would. This is a warning to anyone considering buying from this company. I ordered a Canon printer on March 30, 2021. It was not in stock but it said that 16 printers were incoming and would ship in 3-6 business days. I kept checking up because I was so excited about this printer since I heard amazing things about it. I wait... I wait and I wait. I wasn't bothered at first because I know we are still in a pandemic so obviously wait times and delivery times are much slower. So I emailed them on April 13 asking what was happening and if my order would ship soon. No response to the email. I waited a few more days and emailed them again on April 23. No response. At this point I was frustrated and a bit worried because to me as a college student this was a large purchase of about $300. I then went to their instagram page (not even sure if it was their official one or not, but it seemed legit) and I made a comment. I asked if anyone could respond to my emails because I needed assistance and was frustrated. A rep commented back saying to DM them and they would put me in touch with someone who could help me. I DM'd them basically the same things I said in my 2 emails. No response. I waited a week... No one even LOOKED at the messages. I then went to their website again and was able to finally chat with a real employee. They told me that I was not yet charged for my order, so I asked to cancel it. Everything went surprisingly well, I was able to cancel it... Or so I thought. The employe also ended the chat before I was even able to say thank you or ask another question which was odd. They also said I would receive an email to say my order was canceled. I never got that email, but I figured it would take a day or 2. BUT NO. As I was finishing work today at around 10pm, I checked my email and saw a shipping notice from CDW. I was very confused. Apparently they did NOT cancel my order, and it has now shipped. I quickly checked my bank account and they took the money. I am so beyond angry and frustrated. I'm literally sat here in tears because this horrible company has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. And what makes me feel more stressed it that I can't even call the company right now since it is not their business hours. I am about to call my bank and see what they can do, but I don't know what will happen. Whatever you do, if you are lucky/smart enough to read reviews before buying unlike me, please please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I feel like I have been scammed and I still can't get in touch with anyone.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a printer mid April, status at the time of placing order was the printer was in stock and would ship within 5 days. They quickly processed the payment. End of April, requested updated ETA when it hadn't arrived. Was told it would be delivered May 12. May 11, checked status of order on CDW, to see the status was hadn't been shipped yet. Emailed requesting update, no response from customer service. I called CDW to find out that I was not given accurate information, the ETA delivery to CDW warehouse is June 28th. If I would have been kept informed, I might have considered waiting, but this was not the case and I CANCELLED the order. Would NOT recommend this company!

This company primarily deals with corporate clients and so it is no surprise that there customer service towards consumers is poor. That being said I do not agree with being lied to regarding shipping times. The website clearly states that an item is in IN STOCK and will be shipped in a few business days. Not my experience with ordering a printer back in March and calling multiple times and being given multiple different dates for when it will be delivered. I finally had to cancel my order 2 months later because they could not provide me a concrete answer. I found out that when they do get shipments of products they are FIRST allocated to there big clients and so if they do not receive a lot or if an item is in high demand you will be waiting for a very long time to get it. It doesn’t help that there online tracking system is asking for a zip code yet I purchased in Canada.

How is this company still allowed to operate in Canada. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with on this planet earth. Please run, do not speak or deal with them. Take your money and business else where they are a complete fraud. Agent ordered software and never informed me . I was charged and to get it reversed is still about 8 months. Don’t use your cards with them, they are a complete fraud.

I left him 10 years ago and now I’m back because they had bought INSIGHT Canada. Unscrupulous business practices. They advised me to buy a second computer on the first one was defective promising they would send me a return authorization. Once I bought the other new computer, they said I needed to deal with the manufacture and not them. Now I have two computers for no reason. I will have visa reverse the charge since they will not

I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with CDW. I ordered a new UC headset from CDW and paid for expedited shipping as my current headset stopped working. It arrived however, it was completely dead. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the manufacturer for them to confirm it's completely dead. I phoned CDW and was told I could return it to them, and in the meantime order another new one. I placed an order for a second headset which was in stock and paid for expedited shipping to receive it at 10:30 am the next day. I never received it. I have spoken with 3 separate people at CDW and no one is able to give me an answer as to when I will receive it. They said they could reimburse me for expedited shipping as the order still hasn't shipped. They said it could take up to a week for an in stock item to ship to me.

THE WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life. That is not an exaggeration and I can absolutely sympathize with the overwhelmingly negative experiences many others have had. I received a defective (right out of the box) $4000 printer. After several attempts to troubleshoot the issue with the manufacturers tech support I was told to reach out to CDW for customer support. They didn't want to send a technician to look at the machine but instead told me to pack it up and they would issue me a refund. Since I couldn't go so many days without a printer they told me to order another one in the meantime. Now two weeks later and they have my money for two machines and are washing their hands of the entire situation telling me to deal with the manufacturer directly. They never emailed or called me on their own once. If I don't try to contact them and initiate something, I will get absolutely zero communication from them. I bought the machine from CDW, not the manufacturer. CDW has my money and should be dealing with this. The defective printer came from their warehouse. I'm absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism on display by this company. As soon as this is resolved I want nothing to do with them ever again. It has been nothing short of a nightmare and I don't wish my worst enemy to have to deal with CDW customer service.
