CBI Health Clinic is very fortunate to have Agnes Lee. She works above and beyond client's expectations. With her, I am confident that I am taken cared properly with my injuries. Agnes is knowledgable, have an excellent rapport with client ,understanding and patience to explain in lay man terms about my injuries and concerns. I trusted her to make feel better. In her telehealth program she continues to show her patience in explicitly explaining and showing the exercises I needed to get stronger and better movements from my injuries. Agnes Lee is an Asset to the CBI Health Clinic.

I am very much satisfied with the treatment,I got from CBI Midpark. The physiotherapist Krishana's treatment helped me to get recovered from my right hand knee musles injury and right leg back injury almost to 80%

I absolutely hated coming to this place, their Covid protocols and the incompetent doctor were disgusting. Never once I have had a doctor diagnose me over a phone call but then again it was a typical wcb injury so he was likely instructed to sweep me under the carpet I will be filing a complaint about his negligence to the college of physicians, the physiotherapist named Scott was very good and actually took pride in his job but the rest I dealt with were lazy just like the incompetent doctor.

I rehabbed a broken ankle with Agnes at this location and it was an awesome experience! Super flexible and extremely knowledgeable. Even without being able to go in physically we were still able to do online appointments and assess progress and goals thoroughly. I was able to return to work 100% and on schedule. Over all it was an amazing experience. Would highly recommend. PS I am a farmer so my job is extremely physically demanding so complete mobility and function was key.

The physio is fine, nothing special, but the WCB doctor that I had was god awful. Didn't seem to give a care about any of the patients. DR. Abolarin, saw me on a video call, after about 40 seconds of him watching me attempt to walk on my heels stand on my tippy toes, and fail to lean in any direction, he said "I am 100% sure you do not need any imaging or tests done, I'm putting you into the back to work program." Now this diagnosis was just after I had seen my doctor multiple times, gone to a physio for a month and had recommendations from both of them to get tests expedited and get and MRI and such done. My doctor wrote to WCB asking for these tests to be done by a WCB doctor, as they can expedite them. Now I don't know if the WCB doctors get paid more to be so dismissive and pushy to get people back to work as fast as possible, but it seems likely there is some kind of incentive for them to not care. Now on-top of all this, that video call we had was suppose to have another doctor talk to me afterwards, so I waited as Dr. Abolarin then left the camera on, and tool a patient into his room and did an examination on her. I was absolutely baffled, how could a doctor be so ignorant to the care of people, if this lady knew that there was some random person able to watch her appointment as well I don't think she would have been very happy about it. Crazy to me that this, a breach of confidentiality amount other things, could be so fine with this doctor. Unbelievably dismissive and rude almost, as I wasn't able to get much of a word in talking to him because he would cut me off in the middle of me trying to say something. Not happy about this doctor. I was also astonished today to see him at the facility taking appointments with a completely different attitude for non WCB claims. Seemed happy enthusiastic and was making jokes. Which begs the question, what does he get out of pushing WCB cases through so fast?

Currently taking my return to work program on this branch and Ruby and Glennikka are very understanding and accommodating with my schedule. Both staff are very friendly and has some good sense of humor which makes my exercise time feel shorter. My exercises are planned well. Will be staying with them till the end of my program.

WORST FACILITY IVE EVVERR BEEN TO, LET ALONE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT.??? You'll book an appointment that gets mysteriously pushed 1 hr 30min later. Without notification BTW. You'll even CALL on your way! there to confirm details or necessary notes... yet nobody tells u hey we moved your appointment so don't come 1hr 30 min by public transportation just yet... ALL the 'receptionists' are waay below professional standards and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Most disorganized unprofessional place I've ever experienced. Not to mention I just found out they BOTCHED YET ANOTHER scheduled appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been to this location on 2 separate occasions. Each time I have been greeted with smiles and willingness to provide the best care. I would like to personally say thank you to Krishna, you have given hope and strength along with physio. ?
