B	Brian Hagan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool little spot! Staff were super friendly. Won't take up a ton of time...we were here for about an hour including walking along the boardwalk. Worth checking out if you have some time to kill.

The cave walk and basins are amazing to see, and if you continue along the trails it's even more impressive. Truly a remarkable sight. Also the whole place smells like sulfur all the time. Just be aware of you're sensitive to smells!

There is a short wooden walkway which leads you through various sulfur hot springs with educational information along the way. It is neat to see the sulfur deposits in each body of water along with the unique sulfur smell that accompanies them. The Banff Springs Snail is an endangered species that resides in these waters but are usually hard to spot. You can get decent views from the top of the building with small pagoda-like structures for shade. Worth checking out!

It is free for kids 17 and under, so the cost for young families is modest. The cave is of huge historical importance to the Banff of today. The displays of history, including the laughably small original hotel, are interesting particularly to talk through with young children. The boardwalks up to the springs as well as in the wetlands below cumulatively make this a nice stop.

It’s a short walk into the cave, don’t expect a long and huge cave, 10 min tops inside the cave. You can admire the gorgeous views of the mountains while strolling on the different terraces or you can take any of the trails nearby

I would come here to wander the trails and take pictures of birds every day if I could. The small fish in the water were so cute too. I only wandered outside today, I plan to return one day. The interpretive signs were great as well.
F	Faith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cool place to check out and see the springs. It is neat to learn about the history and actually get to learn how Banff came to be. There is a cost to go in, but I think it's worth it. Also recommend doing the boardwalk walk as it is a really cool experience and seeing the greenery among the snow was amazing. I can see how it would get busy, but parking was also free.
