So caring, she listens and does not try to finish my sentences, she's attentive and very patient. (Bc she's a marvelous dr. good luck making an appointment to see her.)Thank you Dr. Uddaraju for your hard work and dedication, you show your patience a great deal of understanding and respect, keep up the good work and I will keep you in my prayers.

M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am terribly disappointed with this clinic. I have been with them for more than 10 years but the staff really needs training. Today, I kept on calling the clinic but no one is picking up. They either hang up the phone or put me on hold then the line just cut off. If not only for my amazing family doctor, I would have transfer somewhere else. Seriously, they have to look at their receptionist and hire efficient staff.
S	Shawna lane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The secretary who works the evening shift is the most heartless woman I’ve ever come across. I had paid for my doctors note. It was time sensitive to get into my department before payroll. I paid for my note around 6:30 via etransfer and she did not pick up until 7:00pm. Then she kept hanging up the phone on me. It’s sad because I adore my family doctor but due to such heartlessness…I will now have to seek new family doctor. It’s been nothing but stress to receive signed medical notes.
D	Dunia Badawi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff is terrible. They pick up the phone and put you on hold right away without even saying hi, sometimes you're on hold for 15-20 minutes. One receptionist sent me to the wrong appointment all the way in Downtown Toronto when my appointment was meant to be virtual (she never informed me of this). One receptionist lost me referral, the nurses are often quite rude as well. I do like my family doctor, but I will likely be leaving this clinic due to the rest of the staff, the disorganization and the lack of care.

B	Bashir Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest receptionist ever. They DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK HERE. Especially the new receptionist. Rudest ever! You all need to learn how to respect your patients. Do not even try to talk to the receptionist just ignore them. They are extremely disgusting. Love the doctors and nurses! This clinic really needs to hire professionals or why even bother hiring.
