k	kourtney kardash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time and money. They only do one style of mirror and they don't provide you with anything to hang the mirror with. No hooks. No clips. I eventually went back to ask how to hang the mirror and they gave me the cheapest looking clips I have ever seen. They make you mirror look so cheap and ugly. I ended up going to Home Depot to get everything I need.

B	Barry Sexton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are doing a bathroom reno through some local contractors in the Brockville area. The glass for our shower is sourced through Castle Glass. The order for the glass was provided with a 3 week lead time, which ultimately became 5 weeks. When the glass arrived 5 weeks later, it did not fit. When Castle was informed of the mistake they did nothing to correct the problem and expedite delivery for glass that met the measurements. Instead we were put back into the same 3 week queue. Mistakes happen. When they do, it's all about how the supplier responds to the mistake. Their response was "Get in line again". Poor service, poor quality and unprofessional.

I called them and they emailed me a form for to fill and submit, and, someone will get back to me within the week. No response, it's been over a week. I will have to contact another company.
