★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told men when I got my loan I can pay it back in payments, but when I went to make a min payment they wanted me to pay it in full. They just want to keep you down so yo u have to re-borrow. Now I'm screwed over. And have to give them my Rent money.this place sucks. Don't ever go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payday loans are helpful poison. It would beneficial if continuing customers (like myself) had a few more options for repayment. I take loans periodically not one every week. If I could split a loan into 3 payments without having "3 loans in the previous 6 weeks" I would probably use your service even more. Seeing as ive taken 15 or 20 loans in the last year there is no reason you can't extend a better option solution for long time repeat customers!! (Especially those that have never had a repayment delay in over 5 years...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is sign on door which says “ Dear CX please come back in 15 mins cause we’re sanitizing a store. However, two employees inside are just sitting and doing a chit chat. It’s been 20 minutes already. In their defence, that sign is always there and CX are supposed to look at open sign. What an excuse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Cash Money for years but after my last experience, I will no longer be using their services. Quite a few years ago, they had a class action lawsuit against them for overcharging interest on loans. I was part of this lawsuit and all the customers got money back but only half in credit for Payday loans and half in money. Sketchy, right? Then, this past weekend, I went in to pay off a loan. I did not realize that it had been taken out of my account that morning, so I went to my nearest location (84th & Scott Rd.) And told the girl working that I wanted to make a payment. She rang it through and I left. Later on that night, I checked my bank account online and noticed I was charged twice!! The next morning I called customer service and they told me to go back to the location and show them the charges and get my refund put back onto the same debit card I paid with. So I do, only when I get there and explain to them what happened, they told me to come back later on in the week when the manager is there because they don't have authorization to do a refund... Really??? I was immediately pissed... I told the girl that she better get her manager on the phone because I am not leaving without my money. After about 10-15min she finally calls me over to sign some forms and gives me cash... Didn't like that either... But I took it. I will never be going back to this place ever again and if you are smart, you will find a different place to take your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked them to put a hold on my loan as I am having medical issues with my children they told me they couldn’t, phoned the 1800 number and the Cash Money headquarters directed me in how to stop a payment. I was upset that the staff st the store could not inform me of this. The lady at headquarters told me that was a personal decision from the store to not give me that information. Just the other day had gotten into a car crash. Cash Money told me that they would not put the hold on my loan and that I would have to pay both my instalments plus a late fee when my next instalment date came up. No compassion for personal things coming up all they care about it stealing money.
Do not use cash Money - money mart will at least stop your payment and the interest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at Cash Money on 84th & Scott Rd are awesome! My spouse went there for a loan and the service we received was quite refreshing. We were even greeted warmly by their manager, I think her name was Bless or something who gave us her business card. We will definitely be returning with friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been couple of times in this branch and all of them are so friendly and accommodating, They treat you as their guest, not as a person who needs money. They are flexible about your due date as long as you call them and explain why you can't make it on that day which happened to me because of my shift at work. I highly recommend Cash Money and highly recommend 8386 120th St. Surrey branch with their great customer service! Their smiling and friendly faces takes your stress away! Love you guys!
