★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with dream carpet , could have been resolved easily if they would have called back or sent someone when they said they would ,,, i am still not impressed with their work .and still have a fuzzy seam in carpet . and the customer service at Scott road is the worst. They are very rude, Would not recommend to anyone ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need 1000sqft, they may measure 1500. You may find that every seam is visible after install. You may experience unprofessional and dishonest installers. If there is a small amount of outstanding work you might have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to have them complete if they even decide to show up. I would suggest not paying fully until you are 100% satisfied. Unfortunately you may not be 100% satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally purchased my carpets from this place, and when they came to install the carpet they “ran out” of the colour we ordered so they installed a carpet that looks dramatically different from the rest of the house without mentioning it to us. Now the carpets have lots of areas where it’s lifted/folded up, including rooms where no one even walks through. This issue started a year after purchase, but we went through a family tragedy which sidelined anything like this (the passing of a head of the family), but when multiple of these imperfections started to occur we went back to Dream Carpets.
At Dream Carpets, I explained to the owner/manager of the circumstances that had us delayed in returning to their business in a highly respectful manner and asked if they could fix their poorly installed carpet. The owner started coming up with excuses from the start,
“oh, the carpet is old that’s what happens” - so I guess my home of 20 years prior to this had a magic carpet that had no issues at all?
“You have to steam clean the carpet once a year!” - we weren’t given any instructions saying we needed to steam clean it on a yearly basis to maintain its quality. I didn’t get anything saying that on my receipt.
This company did NOT care for me as a customer at all, and I will be taking this up with the Better Business Bureau. I can see that the owner does not reply or care to respond to any reviews so take this as and the other bad reviews as a warning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice to the people, never deal with this guy's, purchased laminate from them there installer installed it after 2 weeks laminate started separet from each other. They refused to fix it or reimburse me. The person who sold me laminate was very nice at time of sale but after my complaints he asked me to go and deal with the manufacturer.
