The guy here at shop did a great job. No bubbles on the tint. He even gave a discount when he saw that mine was hatchback not the SUV.. you don’t usually find this lately..

Just bought a brand new 2022 Black - Honda Civic (from showroom) about a week ago and dropped it to get the back windows tinted on July 25 without a single scratch and after picking it up, I drove home and then I realized that they made a long scratch on top of the car (1 small + 1 long). I couldn't go back the same day cause I picked up the car before closing. So I called the next day and they said that it was our fault cause we pressure washed the car (excuse which doesn't even make sense ?). We said that we haven't used the car much since coming out off the showroom (~200km) and it was still running on the same gas as it came out of the dealership. We never even washed the car since "It was brand new." We also have cameras installed in the car so all of this can be verified but they just didn't want to take responsibility. It's funny when you realize that the scratches are just above the windows where they tinted it. If it was an old car, I would not even feel bad about the scratches but it was our first brand new car that we bought since coming to Canada so it REALLY REALLY hurts. If you looking for a service like this, where they blame you for something you haven't done, and they don't want to take responsibility for what they have done, then go ahead but this genuine review should save time and money of a lot of people so please think twice.? PS: Don't go on the 4.3 rating cause that is what I did and their response to this review will most likely be "Thanks for your feedback" like they did for everyone else and nothing more.
