★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of months ago I went In to asked whether I could cash a check I had attempted to deposit through my banking app if I called the bank to cancel the deposit and the woman behind the counter suddenly accused me of trying to commit fraud and threatened to call the police . (Like, Really?? If I were trying to commit fraud- why would I TELL you I tried to deposit it ??? Seriously...Give your head a shake !!) fast forward to today; I went back to cash my check- I stood at the window and signed the back of it right in front of her, and she proceeded to demand that I login to and show her my bank account to “prove I hadn’t deposited it already. “ I looked at her and said “ you just watched me sign the back of it right now - “ she cut me off and snapped at me “ I don’t CARE!” So I told her to just give me back my check. SO rude!! I absolutely will NOT be going back there for as long as that woman still has her job. My friends and family will also be boycotting them as long as she is still working there. I’m not some criminal, and I do NOT deserve to be treated like one. Shame on you for keeping an employee like her cashmoney!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little impaired when I whent there and they didn't seem to mind. They are very friendly and knowledgeable they had cash in my had before I realized we where done and my son got cash just for rerekamending me. Everyone was happy in the end. I don't think I'll be going back though it's easy to borrow harder to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I in a tight bin, a friend recommended me to them. She stated they are helpful and will go the extra step to help, they manage to loan me that day. They don't offer advertise or push you to reloan, it is great. I would recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am at your Chilliwack store The customer representative Nadine deserve top honours for what she has done for me today this is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a Cash Money store she deserves to be a store manager or promoted she has completely bent over backwards and I will give her a 15 out of 10 on her customer service you should be very very proud of her being in your store thank you

Alex has been helping me out and has provided excellent customer service. Staff are very respectful, hygienic environment and easily accessible.
I have even received a a kind phone call from Cash Money to provide them with some information on how my experience has been with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They WILL Scam You! I went to this place Years ago to get a loan for one month and paid it off and everything was fine, or so i had thought! I had recently tried to go back there to get another loan and they said that i never paid them and i owed them almost 500 dollars in interest on a 150 dollar loan??? MEANWHILE THEY DO HAVE CAMERAS THERE, And those cameras DO show me paying them back!!! I do not recommend cashmoney loan, they are FRAUDS. THEY ARE FRAUDS!
