I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews around the service, however, I feel this is due to a lack of understanding of the Vietnamese culture. It’s been a great joy to get to know the owners of this restaurant over the years. Dining in the restaurant and taking out has always been a great experience. Such a culture rich restaurant in the heart of Chilliwack is so amazing to have.. in such a small town! The locals can be really hard to please. A hard culture clash doesn’t help that. Pho Galaxy includes a side of chilli oil when they recognize my phone number, even when it’s been a while without ordering. I don’t even have to ask because they know I just love my food hot! They don’t forget! I’ve been in Chilliwack for many years, and since they opened I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else. They’re a true family restaurant you want to support. If you’re passing through, don’t miss out, and give this pho a try!

Friendly owners and staffs who always remember our orders unless we decided to order something else from the menu. Wonderful service, delicious foods and well priced. I really enjoy their pho noodles, salad roll, and the menu that serves rice and any types of meat.

We live in New Westminster and every time we pass through chilliwack we go here, even if we are not hungry we still get some pho from here for later!! The owners are really nice and sweet, we always chat with them anytime we go there. The food is among the best Vietnamese food I’ve had. The Pho is delicious, the broth is the delight here! the chicken lemon grass has big portions, it’s inexpensive and delicious! Highly recommend this place but be warned that you’ll want to go here often, the food and service is 5 star, I just wish they would open some kind of dine in, either patio in the parking lot or just in the restaurant. Love this place!

Upon arriving home and double checking their menu prices I called back to inquire why it was so expensive without meat.Was told broth and noodles constitutes a "full order" and if I didn't want to order that's fine and was hung up on and ignored upon calling back. I understand the broth would be expensive on its own due to coming from bones but meat is a large portion of the cost. The price should have reflected that. Food here is honestly great. After this attempted scam, being lied to and hung up on I will no longer be doing business here.

Their broth is so good I order it when I’m feeling unwell and it makes me feel better…best staff, they get to know all their regulars, I don’t have to give my name anymore, they know it’s me! I love Pho Galaxy and would highly recommend.
