★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris goes the extra mile. He takes the time to explain all the items in a policy to make sure you understand. He recommends extra coverage for those little things and risks you never think of but should insure. And best of all, he stays in touch throughout the year, is available by phone or email at anytime and sits down with you at renewal time to review your coverage. My wife and I are retiring soon and our insurance needs will change. Chris is aware of our lifestyle change and we are already working on a plan to address it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris Case really is the only choice for a busy entrepreneur or business owner. He understands the commercial side of things and has been insuring my businesses for years. Additionally, to make his busy clients' lives easier, he takes care of the messy and competitive personal insurance stuff as well - home, auto, etc. He's a really personable person, and he's the first insurance agent I've me in 20 years who will actually do an actual site visit to commercial properties he insures to make sure that the property is not under-insured, nor over-insured.

When my contact left the brokerage, I felt disconnected, that is when I contacted Chris Case. Chris made sure to ask all the right questions about my business and tailored a policy to meet the needs of my company, Pinpoint National Photography. The mistake I made was not contacting Chris sooner! It is hard to understand why, but the bottom line is that there a significant savings in the premiums.
