Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else but here. They are horrible and try to rush you in and out. You have issues with work they have done and they give you a massive bill to fix their shotty work. The guys actually don't care at all. It seems like they almost make things up to trick you into spending money. The actual work is horrible looking as well. Spending that amount of money to receive that work is an absolute joke!!!!! Also like the other comment says. They commented "make an appointment and let them fix it". Ya make an appointment and they'll give you a massive bill and you'll need to make another appointment and do the process all over again. Such a money grab.

My name is Kathy and a few years ago, prior to my knee replacement surgery, I got a custom made knee brace from Cascade. I was very satisfied with the brace, the service and follow up. I would definitely recommend Cascade to others.

I received excellent service, and consistent follow up from the team at Cascade when I got my new orthotics. During the fitting process they were very attentive to my needs, and worked with me to ensure I got the right type of orthotic for the issue I was having with my feet. What was even better was the follow up I received after I got the new orthotics. They ensured the fit of the orthotic was still correct months after, and if it did require any changes they were easy to work with. I would recommend Cascade to anyone looking for a orthotic, as they have a great team of professionals! Oh, and for those of you wondering, my foot pain is gone, and my feet are happy!

Had a great experience getting my knee assessed and brace fitted by orthotist Rob Cameron. Some high tech scanning delivered me a very comfortable brace. Great staff also helped me with my out of province insurance claim. Thanks guys!

I had a very Terrible and Frustrated Experience with the receptionists they to me seemed lazy. Here’s why, once I ordered an custom brace and just wanted to ask for the status of it. At first they said the person in charge was on lunch break so they wouldn’t be able to answer my question they took my info down and told me they will call me back once they have an answer. They didn’t. I need to call them and ask several times because I really needed it; each time they kept on telling me they are still on lunch break (communication between staff and technicians is very poor) and we’ll call you back before we close (who takes a 4 hour lunch break?). Never receive a call needed to call them back the next day. Seems like they don’t want my service at all. Another time I had an emergency on my brace need some fixes. I called wanted to book an appointment, she picked up heard her chatting with someone else rumbling with papers and said without thinking told me we’re fully book and the only time is at the end of the month. Did she even check their schedules? So I hung up and called again hoping for someone else to pick up but the same person picked up this time she told me they told me the same thing. I can’t wait that long so I asked her to call me back if there’s a cancellation. It’s been weeks and no call back yet. I guess she either got rid my info or too lazy to write it down. What’s going on with this company? Do they even care about their customers/patients? From my experience No they don’t.

I hurt my knee (curling of all things) and needed a custom brace. I showed up, had great service from one of the employees, and a quick chat with the owner. There was a conversation about what types of activities I typically was involved in and based upon that conversation a recommendation was provided for a brace manufacturer and brace type based on my expected use patterns. The fitting for the brace used technology that I wasn't expecting. I thought a cast/mold would be made of my leg. Instead they put stickers on my leg and used a laser to scan. With this precise fitting, I've had no issues with my brace. The team at Cascade Orthotics do good work. Thanks for the ability to get back out there and hurry hard!

Great staff and amazing customer service. My daughter feels so comfortable going there to get her brace and adjustments done. Very patient and friendly, would definitely recommend going there ?

Disappointed overall. The braces were badly made from the beginning and very difficult to fix. They just hand you to whoever is working that day, no consistency and no ability to deal with issues because of that. They all have their own ideas. Very unprofessional to switch orthotists like that. Also they call you early the day before to remind you of appointments which I found pretty obnoxious. - to respond to reply - I don't know your technical terms for the 3D modelling - I'll use "badly made". I believe I have the right to an anonymous review as I do not want any direct conflict. This is a competitive service, I've wasted enough time I'm not going to engage further. Thanks
