Nice place, friendly staff but one of them keeps speaking French even after we said that we speak English only, in general they have good quality products with reliable prices.

I honestly adore Carter’s/Oshkosh clothes’ quality!!! Hands down number 1!!! They are a bit pricey but I always wait for a sale!! AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION (MARCHE CENTRALE) I FIND THAT THE STAFF HERE ARE SO IGNORANT, HAVE NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AND ARE NOT ACCOMODATING!!! I went in today 20mins to 5 to find some shorts for my oldest son and the young girl who helped me was fairly helpful and polite(I think she was new). When I went to pay for them I saw it on sale online@9,99$. It clearly marked as a “summer stock up sale - online and in store”. But for some reason the shorts that were on sale online were not on sale In store(they were 18$)... which still mind boggles me... and they didn’t want to march the price... if the promotion was written as “online only” then I understand but it didn’t and they refused to accommodate me in any way... I’m a super loyal customer (even in the states) , spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on clothes for my kids and well don’t even get a compensated with a loyalty program of some sort... but I still continue to by clothes!!! THE ICING ON THE CAKE FOR ME WAS THAT AS I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE, (WHICH WAS 5-10 MINS. PAST 5PM) MY NEWBORN DAUGHTER BEGAN CRYING AND I ASKED TO JUST USE THE CHANGING ROOM TO QUICKLY CHANGE HER DIAPER... THE MANAGER (SOME OLDER FRENCH LADY WITH DARK HAIR) HAD THE NERVE TO REFUSE ME BECAUSE THEY HAD TO “SET THE ALARM IN 10mins”... I TOLD HER I WOULD BE QUICK... SHE SAID SHE CANT... I JUST LOOKED AT HER AND SAID “I GUESS I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CHANGE HER DIAPER IN MY CAR!!!!” Seeing that this is a children’s clothing store, I would think they would be a bit more accommodating and understanding especially if they see a mom with 3 young children!!! REALLY REALLY PISSED ME OFF!!!!

Went there today. Wanted to buy socks for my daughter. Full of people. Got help easily but they had only very small or very big sizes. Didn't find what I was looking for ?

The clothing is seperated in two. Boys and girls. Flowers and dinosaurs. Pink and blue. I thought we were past this in 2021. There's no neutral pieces.

I had to return the gifts I purchased due to change in travel plan as of continued road restrictions between borders, . The lady at services counter passed an objectionable remark because she had to return. Listening to her being rude, the other customer next in line started complaining about waiting time too. So there were many to belittle you including the staff. Although you keep your time in mind while planning to shop, and cannot pressurize others to be faster for you. Worst experience at this outlet. I had been shopping with carters for 3 years, now will certainly think again and avoid. Give good training to your staff or hire people with patience and worth the job. Thanks
