G	Giorgios P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give one star because i cannot give Zero. Totaly irresponsable staff. I reserved a pair of shoes from another store and they had to put them away for 24 hrs. I arrive and the clerk was looking for them and never found them.He found 2 shoes but not the same sixe. I explained him the situation and he remained careless.

They just put you on the floor to work, not ideal for someone who do not have experience in retail world. The fact that there is no such thing as support when it comes to managing this store. There is always a change in staff and management. Superiors couldn't care less about their employees. Firing people for inadequate reasons. Not giving hours to people whom they've just hired because they find them not as productive but not having proof or any kind of assessment to prove this fact; Favoritisme. Theres is nothing protecting the employees. This company do not want to invest in cameras for this store, so employees are subject to being blamed for losses of the store without the burden of any proof. Hours are badly managed. Either too little staff to handle the whole store so they would call people to come in on their days off’s or too much staff. Employees do not have commissions. Only the managers get a bonus. I was expecting a lot when I started working for this company and it is sad to say it did not at all live up to any of my expectations.

I place my order...2 minutes later receive an email that the shoes would not be ready until a few days later. Call back, David tells me to call Aldo customer service, great but guess what? Aldo has no customer service reps working on the weekend. A very frustrating experience....
