★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older asian lady assistant manager is very unfriendly. Not at all what you’d expect at a childrens clothing store. I understand she may be having a bad day but yeesh. No “Hello How are you”. Bought stuff and no “thank you, have a good day”. Just a “here you go” and she turns away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other stores in this mall have good discounts. However, this store does not have any great discounts. Prefer to shop online on carters website which offers better deals. Also, the size for infants are not accurate. Eg: clothes with size 6months is small even for a 4 month old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was Lack of efficient staff. The yellow tagged sale items were sold here at the ticketed price.. whereas at Carter's Morgan Creek outlet the yellow tagged items were being sold at 50% less than the ticketed price.
