We looked for a used car even as far away as Toronto and were so disappointed by the sales spiels with no authenticity or substance, just trying to sell you something! I appreciate his after-sale support. This year I want to trade in my Miata (I change cars annually) for something else and I'm reconnecting with them for my next toy.

After a bit of back and forth we agreed on a price, the vehicle was delivered on time and as promised. Last week it developed a misfire. When I contacted Tom he instructed us to bring it in ASAP. We discovered it required a coil which he would order for us. Not only did replace the coil at no charge but rented a vehicle for us to us while our vehicle was down. You can deal with Tom with confidence. A truly unique experience.

From the other motors on the lot he seems selective about the quality of inventory he carries (pre-owned premium, European marques) which are smoke- and pet-free, etc. He’d already spent some money re-laminating the rims on the car I ended up buying. Throughout the sale and after-sale process, Tom was always friendly, personable and responsive to phone/email messages. I was impressed by the white glove service during the delivery of the car which had been detailed from top to bottom. If you’re a discerning buyer in the market for fairly priced and carefully curated pre-owned vehicles, I recommend Carstead with confidence.

We finally found a listing that actually seemed like a really good deal for a dealership- with everything else going out there. So we pulled the trigger and the staff at Carstead were welcoming and reassuring. We are so happy we went with Carstead as we had an issue shortly after we bought (unknown to them) and I called them to let them know and they dealt with it completely. Never had such a great experience and reassuring feeling making such a big purchase. Great dealer. Max was wonderful.
j	jman_jd10 (jman_jd10) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying This was me getting my first car, in total I visited 5 dealerships and didn’t have the best experience at a couple of them but there was a car I really wanted at Carstead (03, Mustang) and Tom could not have been more patient. In the process of applying for financing at my bank I must have visited the dealership at least 6 times in the span of 3-4 months before I actually purchased the car and each and every time I was treated with respect. I was sold a very good vehicle, One that I recently got checked out by a mechanic and it is in great condition. The only issue I have had so far is the ball joints needing to be replaced which is actually quite common on the new edge mustangs. I wanted to wait until I owned the vehicle for awhile before I made a review. And it’s coming up on 6 months of ownership so I felt like now would be a appropriate time. The vehicle was even dropped off at my house with keys and everything. Further more even after I purchased the vehicle Tom offered to help with the convertible drain being clogged. Which I did manage to resolve All in all this was a 10/10 experience and I’m glad I went with Carstead
