Ralph promised me I would not even know it was damaged when they were done. I can tell you now that while they may have taken a little extra time, it was totally worth it. He also extremely kind and helpful even though we were late. They did such a great job with the repair that you can't tell which part was damaged! We would surely recommend.

I mainly dealt with Neville, I’m guessing he’s the bodyshop manager but he went to extensive measures to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend the shop, very professional as well. Getting in a car accident is probably one of the worst experiences but I’m really glad Neville cares about his customers it really helped me calm down I was certain my car was in good hands. Thank you so much, you’re work was very much appreciated.

The manager, Mr. Neville Todd was very polite. The job was done perfectly well, and it was completed earlier than expected. They also cleaned my car, inside and outside. The manager of the bodyshop made all the arrangements with the rental car company, the type of car, pickup and drop-off of the rental car. I have never had this kind of professional service from any kind of service company. I would highly recommend Carstar Millwick North York to anyone who expects a high level of professionalism from their service providers.

Happily though it turned out to be an absolutely stellar experience. From the initial estimate to pickup I was kept updated throughout by either Neville the manager or his staff. And while I was worried initially about the work, when Neville took me for the walk around I couldn't honestly tell where the damage had been, and I looked closely. So thanks for the great work guys, and I'll make sure to send people your way looking for a good auto body shop story of their own.

Whoever had a dark land/range rover there this weekend, hate to break it to you but your engine left a trail of smoke that took a few minutes to disappear and they were racing back at that point. Same with a white mercedes and others while I was across the street at another business. The owner there says it happens often and is worse in the evening and night. Very irresponsible considering it was 2pm and there was normal traffic about although slow
I	Ionut Anghelache on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hear me out. dropped my car here since insurance recommended me this shop. In the beginning, I was skeptical until I've seen the amount of work they've done. They replaced my front bumper, my daytime running light, my headlights, and all grills. They did an amazing job. Everything is aligned properly, everything works properly. Also, I do have GPS in the car and I was curious to track if my car leave the shop. In 7 days the car didn't move more than 50 meters. Which was on the business premises. Also, the odometer and all km are the way I left it. Heather answer all my calls and explain clearly the whole process, parts order, etc. In my case for some of the parts such as the bumper, there’s a lifetime warranty which that’s an amazing thing. I do recommend this shop!
