I had my vehicle repaired at Dynasty and couldn't be more pleased with the repair as well as the service. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto repairs.

What a shame. The amount of money I spent and gave them they definitely will never ever again. Lesson learned hard. Wouldn’t think for a second ever to anyone to go this body shop. Regret Regret Regret:

Tow truck driver took me here, I didn't do business ( from out of town)but they were all very nice, warm , welcoming people. Made nice cappuccino, felt like family , while sorting out mess. Tow driver Nino A#1 guy !!

The worst body shop to go to. They will damage your car more and your car will be destroyed which you will have more problems. Also they are thieves and liars. Last year 2017 my chevy equinox stayed there over a month just to fix the front and my friend made terrible mistake by taking his car there and stayed for 1 and half for and later on got more problems. Avoid this terrible body shop or you will need to dump your car in junkyard after they will fix it.

I had Excellent Service At Dynasty. I was involved in two accidents over the last 2 years and used Dynasty's Auto Repair facility to repair my car Both times. I was super Pleased! The Staff at Dynasty was very Professional and very helpful in such a rough and emotional time. My 2014 Nissan Altima looked horrible when I went to look at it after my collision. They took me around the shop, showed me around, offered me their kindness as I was a mess after my first accident after driving for years without any accidents! Dynasty assured me it would look great when it came out. I really did not think my car would look like it did previous to my accident. To Their Word the car looked BRAND NEW and the end of the repairs. Dynasty Does some Amazing Magic. It looked Better than it did before. Dynasty even had my car detailed for me as I have 2 kids and my car was a bit messy along with my coffee flu everywhere when the accident happened. The car was PERFECT! I couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism dynasty showed throughout both accidents, That's why when I was involved in the second accident they were the first I called! no hesitations. My second accident happened over a weekend and at 10PM @ night. The shop Manager Vince Opened the shop just for me and helped me arrange everything, he even had a rental waiting and warmed up for ready to go and helped me install my kids car seats!( in the middle of winter may I add ) something he did not have to do. Over all I was very pleased with dynasty and would recommend them any day of the week. AND I DO! I know I will be taken care of and anyone who I send there. Many Thanks To the Whole Dynasty Staff! I went to go get my uncle's car and I enjoyed every second of it. They not only fixed the car but I had an amazing conversation with the employees as well. They are all such amazing people and they always have something to say. They are all truly amazing

RUN, RUN, RUUUUN as fast as you can away from this place!!! I had the unfortunate displeasure of my car ending up here (not by choice). How this place claims to be in business for over 35 years is beyond me. The lack of customer service, and a very deceitful unprofessional "receptionist" should alone make you run the opposite direction. Nothing about my experience was good. Google should really consider starting with half stars, as this place is not even worth a full star. The condition of the exterior of my vehicle in which I got it back was hideous, lack of attention and care. Let's hope the "repairs" last, as I wont even bring it back there as it is covered under warranty. Most body shops are deceitful, but this one takes the cake!

This company was friendly, helpful and didn’t charge us for their service. We rented a car at Budget, Tampa airport, never again! We had to put in air in a tire when we reached Spring Hill, but ended up with a flat tire anyway. An estate sale person we interviewed called here and they took us right away. They told us the problem, fixed the tire enough to get a replacement car and didn’t charge us a penny. We would recommend them.
