Hwy 7 Auto Collision

This place has lost its touch over the past few years - Also, when you see the management team writing paragraph responses being defensive of the situation, it makes you think twice about their customer service. There is no value for customer service and have an "it is what it is" mentality. I brought my car in to have a part fixed that was under warranty. After a few days of work, I get a call notifying me that the part was replaced, but I would have to pay for an additional part that was replaced without them even asking me! Me being concerned about what the mechanic might do to my car if I say I don't want the replacement part, I just said okay to a $600 part to get the situation over with. When I came to pick up my car, there was a ticking noise coming from my wheels that as per the owners at Hwy 7 Auto, "coincidentally appeared" and that it had nothing to do with the work that was done to the car. I was even more upset when their solution offered to me was to pay for new rotors and that should fix the problem, when in reality I had just had my car inspected by my dealership, and no issues with my rotors were detected. Along with all of this, I have several parts replaced by hwy 7 auto collision that have paint chips all over, and I will not be taking any risk in bringing my car into the shop ever again. Long story short, Sariby does a great job with the customers, but as unfortunate as it is when it comes to the owners and their shop employees, I can't trust any work done to my car. They will also not be seeing my family members, who have given them over 10 years of business in the past.

I was recently in a car accident where I got rear ended. My truck went to Hwy 7 auto collision. I was worried at first because some shops dont care but I felt completely relieved after I talked to Stuart Sukerman. He made all my worries go away. Stuart and the rest of the staff are great and not only do they make sure your vehicle comes back to you 100% and better but they take the time time to care about the customer. Stuart even took the time to show me the shop. It's very professional and you could eat off the floors it's so clean. I would recommend Hwy7 to anyone cause they care a great deal about the work being done and you as an individual. Thank you Hwy 7. My vehicle runs and looks awesome just like the day I bought it. The review is beyond overdue. I have had my car fixed at Highway 7 four times and all four times have exceeded my expectations. I have been to other body shops after collisions and generally the work was rushed, lackadaisical, inferior, and mediocre at best. I was introduced to Highway 7 in 2016, I was pessimistic stemming from my past experiences. However, Stuart assured me that my car will be fixed with precision, patience and with the upmost care. When my care was returned to me after completion, it was better than before. It felt as if I had a new car out of the showroom. My cars handling improved, the suspension was tighter, the paint looked more glossy, and I was ecstatic. I’ve never been more happier with my car. In 2017, I was hit again and the only place I could think of was Highway 7. Stuart fixed my car better than before once again. My wife was hit twice in 2017 and 2018 and both times Stuart fixed our cars beyond anything we could imagine. Anyone saying this place is thrash is arrogant, ungrateful, unappreciative, and simply disrespectful. I have never seen a place care more about your car and its restoration than you do; who will go the extra mile to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy. Highway 7 cares more about your car than the insurance companies do; they just wants quick fix with low standards. I would strongly recommend Highway 7 to anyone looking for quality fix after a collision or restoration. There’s no other place to consider. They’re the best.

I was referred here after I got into an accident. Someone ran a red light and hit me as I was making a left turn, damaging the back end of my car. The customer service I received throughout the process was great. I was overseas while my car was being repaired. Sariby responded to my (many) emails about process and service updates almost immediately. She even took the time to contact my insurance company on my behalf to confirm how long I was eligible to keep my rental. I've had my car for two weeks now, and it runs like it did before. No evidence of an accident. I would highly recommend this shop.

This is my first time getting into an accident and Sariby helped me process everything. Everything was smooth, seamless and easy. Car looked spotless and even clean upon pick up (all that winter dirt, gone!) Thank you so much. I hope I don't get into another accident but I will definitely go there if I do.

From the day that I had an accident they kept me updated. They’re very polite and friendly. The customer service was really good especially the office manager (Sariby). And then when the car was finished it looked like nothing happened to it. And they even cleaned it inside. We are very satisfied with the outcome. And we highly recommend this shop. The HWY 7 Auto Collision Family knows how to treat you right! I bought my car in to get some visible rust repaired and when the corrosion ended up being more significant that first expected compared to was visible from the surface, they HWY 7 team took the time to walk me through each and every step along the way and laid out a fold and reasonable plan to take care of the repair. They prepared me for what the repairs would be and I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car that they were able to make the repair look like it did out of the factory, while likely to last longer, but also having avoided some of the work that they had prepared me for. Excellent service and a very satisfied customer. The Espresso is top notch as well!
