★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not usually get my car fixed, as I have family who is in the business. But due to being hit in an accident, I had to go through car star for insurance purposes. Went in numerous times. Each time my car was returned there was something new wrong with it. First I was told I needed to get parts fixed before moving forward. Did it. Then I brought it back they said I had a brake leak, which I took home with me and got it looked at which was cleared. Bring it to carstar and my brake line supposedly breaks in the shop. The work I was getting done had nothing to do With the brakes. had to get a tow truck to bring home, fix that and bring it back to carstar. After about 2 weeks worth of work, (which was only supposed to be 6 days) I pick up my car and there’s a key scratch on the right hand side, as well as a broken door handle. As I have waited in the waiting room numerous times for about an hour each time, I have heard Kris call customers “assholes” and complain about the clients bothering him. Overall I am not impressed, and will never be back there. Very unprofessional and do not trust to bring my vehicle in to get fixed as they will mess with the car to create more damage. Nothing was fixed and caused more stress for myself. All it was supposed to be fixed was the paint on and it turned in to much more that didn’t need to happen. Company did not seem to care about my issues or offer to help fix them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in an accident and I was given this as an option for a repair shop. I was a tow truck driver in London and dealt with the London locations many times in the past. Since the work I had seen from the London locations was absolutely amazing, I decided I would go here.
This was the worst experience I have had when dealing with a body shop. The paint was done incorrectly (completely wrong paint and missed areas and the person who cleaned it used a dirty rag and there were scratches and swirl marks)they gave me the run around when I had made them aware. They asked me to come in and when I did the person I was supposed to meet was on "lunch" although there was an appointment. Then they told my insurance that I did not show up. In my opinion and in my experience dealing with dozens of body shops, they are by far one of the worst people to deal with and their work is lacking quality and expertise. I understand mistakes happen, but as a business they should have made more effort to correct it.
