★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this car repair shop! They fix it - you love it! Or at least, I did. They did a beautiful job on my car and they too are tucked away in the middle of nowhere. But easy to get to down 12th St and a right on 4th Ave. And with a conscience! I wanted to buy the Ford Focus loaner they gave me and was told it had transmission problems, and they wouldnt sell it to me. What a stand-up ethic! Would more businesses were this honest! They saved me a load of heartache and money. Thank you, New West Auto Collision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an accident where we were found at fault and only had basic insurance so had to cover the cost of damages to our own vehicle. Tony did a fantastic job of sourcing parts from wreckers to keep the cost of repairs lower for the job. The CarStar team did fantastic work and kept us informed all through the process. We can't say how much we appreciated the great work they did and how they kept the cost down. Highly recommend this shop! Thanks Tony!
ps. also thanks to Yelp which is how we found this shop in the panic moments after the accident. so glad to find a shop that is well reviewed and you know you are going to a place with people you can trust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option for 10 stars I would have given 10. From the moment I walked in to their front door to get an estimate I was treated like I was important to them and not JUST a number. When they called to say the part was in and they were ready to start the job they said "and we have your loaner car ready". What! Who provides a loaner car anymore and without me even asking. By the way the loaner was so nice I wasn't sure I ever wanted mine back. They did an AMAZING job of repairing my car to showroom condition. They even detailed it. I had originally gone to one of the BIG NAME body shops for an estimate. There were no other people at the front desk and someone came in to me and told me I would have to wait they were in a meeting. Then they suggested my job was so small and they were so busy my wait time could be long so I might want to find another repair shop. Apparently my job was not big enough. So I went on line and found CARSTAR...and just so you know CARSTAR''S quote and final price was OVER $300 CHEAPER than the big guys. Now you know why would I give them 10 stars!!!!!!
