★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was terminated based on me not being able to come back to work due to injury, this union did nothing, they were no there even when company tried accommodation process, I was entitled for medical severance on which company posed conditions of signing legal release in order to get medical severance.it It was breach of our collective agreement and union did nothing, about it. I lost the job, I did not get my medical severance that I was entitled to by our collective agreement.
This union did nothing? Not even explanation!?
