This was probably the eighth dealership my wife and I have visited so far. Hans is just an awesome guy. He saw that we are a young couple and gave us the most honest advice as I'm sure he does to all of his customers. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know looking for a car. He definitely left A LOT of money on the table by being so honest with us.

Rick and the crew helped us. He was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles we inquired about and helped us to further understand every vehicle and the scenarios and costs that would be required for repair of be needed down the road. He ensured all efforts forward so that I could have the vehicle I was set on. Regardless of a cpl complications on our end. He made it happen and I can’t tell you how happy I am with dealing with Hassan and Martin, and rick! I highly recommend them to those of you in the market!!! A great crew!!!! Thank you so much to cars on whyte!!!!!

I wish i could give this place less than one star. The owner didnt provide the warranty promised by the salesman. The vehicle i bought waant detailed there was still items in the door and in the seat pockets. There were safety devices he did not fix and has not attempted to contact me. I am now in the process of dealing with amvic and the ciu to take care of the issue. I also came to find he had peole selling cars that were ineligible to be selling cars. Do yourselves a favour and shop around. Have a great day.

Maxx and Dennis, you both gave myself and my wife the best shopping experience ever at a dealership. As someone who has shopped primarily at large box dealerships you both offered something those stores couldnt; a no pressure buying experience!!! Who would think that in under 18 hours I would be driving off the lot in a new to us Journey!! You both deserve more than the 5 star rating and because of the service and laid back experience, you have earned a customer for life.

Approached the dealership as my credit is bad, and am in a consumer proposal. Was shoehorned into a Chevy Trax and not given any choices of vehicles. Was approved for approx $17,000 in financing. And did a test drive where nothing was wrong, the sensors were fine, no engine light, and backup camera and AC was working. Odometer was at 134200 on the sales documents. Signed the documents for the vehicle, and the vehicle was sent for an "out of province" inspection. The vehicle came back with nearly 135 km more on it, and the check engine light was on, TPMS sensor is shot according to error codes, the backup camera no longer works, and the heat/AC is stuck on super hot, because the temperature control does not work. Brought this up to the sales person Maxx, and was told that "the mechanic will have to look at it". It's been over a week, and my messages haven't been responded to, and I filed a case with AMVIC today. Not happy with how this dealer is not taking responsibility for this vehicle, and they are just getting away with it. If I get a resolution, I'll change my review, but if it takes AMVIC to get me a solution, my review stands.

This was my first time buying from a dealership and this place was one of my only options due to car shortages, ammount of money I wanted to spend and the type of car I wanted. First off, don't give into the pushy sales tactics, it's bull. They are lucky to get two stars because in the end I liked the salesman Maxx. I'm from out of town and on the phone I asked if anything was wrong with it and they said "no we had to replace the battery though, it's new" The interior was dirty, no floor mats, one of the angle eyes was burnt out, the ac didn't work and for a bmw if it's not just an AC recharge for 200$, it's a minimum of 800$ to get an ac line replaced. I would have overlooked the faults if they didn't sell it to me for 1000$ over the price the blue books recommend. They had me come in from out of town, 3 hours away and timed it so when I got to edmonton the registries would only be open for an hour after arriving, this ment if I didn't leave with that car I wasn't getting anything. After looking at the car I wanted to change my mind and find something better off the lot but I wouldn't have been able to come in for another week. They said "come see me after a year and trade it in" but I'm not going to let them rip me off again. No repete buisness from me and I recommend you take the time to make sure you avoid this place. UPDATE!!!!!! I just called in under a different number and the car I purchased was maybe pushing good condition, depends how you look at it. I told them I want a trade in value on the exact same model but in perfect condition, mentioned it had all fluids changed, mechanical and a service done on it with the same miles and they wouldn't be able to find anything wrong with it if a mechanic was present. I purchased the car for 14grand (1000$ over the max value of the car) I was told they would give me 5 to 6 grand for it ?

Easily the worst dealership in the city. They sold me a truck for $39000 and didn't even get the oil changed. The engine check light is on. They said it was a mirror sensor which they said they would replace, which they didn't. Sad thing is I have good credit, and this is a "No Credit Refused" type place. I should have known. The parking sensors need adjustment and there is a rattle in the motor. It makes me think the out of province inspection they did is fraudulent. After all this... they don't even respond to my texts. NEVER buy anything from this wheel and dealership. I am filing complaints through AMVIC, Service Alberta, Better Business Bureau and my lawyer says I have an easy case here. So save yourself the hassle and go to a real dealership! Update!!! I took this truck to an actual Dodge dealership. There were 4 recalls! These are free if you take it to a dealership. These guys are crooks! They don't have a mechanic... They don't do any work or check to see if there are problems with any of the vehicles they sell!
