f	flo P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Carry Telecom for several years. A few months back my bell line started to be unreliable. I cancelled. But they worked through with Bell tech and got me to reconsider. Fast forward I wanted to upgrade my speed. I checked and showed they are offering cable 1000/30. No brainer to switch. The roger tech was on time and came inside to test the signal loss. A few hours later I got a call from Cary to ask how my signal is. Also she offered to cancel my previous service though phone line.

What prompted this review was the rep, Tim went above and beyond to answer more of my questions regarding the partial refund procedure, and whether I should leave a few days of service during the switch over. At the end, I was able to make an informed choice based on the info Tim provided. Very happy to be able to speak to someone knowledgeable that's very willing to help.

He walked me through the steps to process my order online. Not for one moment did I feel rushed as I was kinda slow. He was patient and polite responding so kindly, "yes mame". I had a ton of questions and he happily responded. I am impressed with the quality of service. Thank you Kyle for such a pleasant first impression.

The short wait times alone when calling in for support, made a massive difference. And I didn't have any problems with the service. It was fast and reliable, as advertised. The prices were fair, and more competitive than the big companies. I am so happy I found Carry Telecom. I highly recommend to everyone.
A	Alejandro Barberis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: So after 4 hours, customer support called back and activated my router in 3 minutes. I still feel that if they did this at the first time I wouldnt have to go with the struggle and stress this generated. The conection and stability of the service is very recommended, but I cant still recommend the support as a 5 stars. Manager identified himself as a the support and sales manager... and his idea was to get rid of me. Luckily the tech support that spoke to me the first time, fixed the problem. I called because the router they provided me stopped working. A customer support agent told me to get the same model or a list of compatible he sent me by email. So I bought the exact same model and installed it. Everything was up I only needed the activation but they denied it with the excuse that the modem wasnt compatible, when it even have a sticker from them. I asked to speak with the manager but he told me the same lies. So I asked to be transfer to sales and the same person told me he was also the sales manager. Don't waste your money in a company that doesn't give you a proper service when you need it. Now I lose 5 days of work because I have no internet and I have a router that I bought and I can't return.
