★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give this place negative rating if possible. Booked drayage a week in advance for a drop off with Sheena. They precharged me for service. I confirmed the day before and got a email confirmation and Tammy confirms. was suppose to be at 7:30am but no show. We call the office and dispatch says nothing is scheduled. Then after 10 minutes, they said driver is already at CP waiting for container. They say this from 7:30 to until almost 11am when we have to change from drops to live because it arrived so late. We were charged waiting time before it took more than 1 hour. The gulls of these people lying and then making up excuses was incredible. They then tell me to stop calling because I’m calling every 10 minutes because they messed up and started lying to cover up their mistakes. They started screening my calls and only responded via email. lying service provider is the worst kind because you cannot trust ANYTHING they say after trust is lost.
