★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Pharmacy is more then that! They are just wonderful. I have never seen such an amazing set of people who are super kind .
They helped me out when I couldn't breathe . They gave me an inhaler to save me .they have given my kids treats and they are just so nice to talk to !! Christine IS JUST WONDERFUL AND I LOVE HER TO DEATH !
DONT go anywhere else. This place acts like family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shifted my prescription to this I.D.A. from a different pharmacy, and it was amazing. The staff were all very professional, extremely kind, and patient. It turned out that my prescription only cost a few bucks, after various deductions, and they didn't even charge me. Most places would charge for even $0.38, but the Carling I.D.A. just waived the cost entirely. I couldn't recommend them more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this pharmacy for years and every single time I interact with the staff I'm always met with kindness, integrity, and respect. I've started using their delivery services during COVID and they always send me sticky notes (which is so handy while working from home) and today they also gave me a pen! Also very handy for working from home! Even when I lived across the city and travelling to the pharmacy was a bit of an issue it was always worth it because they're so kind and patient. 12/10 service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiences, would never use another IDA. It was great having my medications from my hospital transferred over easily and even deliveries went OK for a time, but then it all broke down. Delivery people never showing up. Pharmacists not knowing what a PRN is. Refusing to update prescriptions, even by doctors order and fax. The people there are running a sham, and the pharmacists have no clue what they're talking about. Don't trust them to get your meds to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few minor insurance issues at the very beginning. But once that was settled( 10 min max, and mostly my Insurance changed to an app based card and really was extremely confusing as no physical card.) They have always been able to fill prescriptions, both dropped off and ready In 5 min or called In and picked up later that day . And once they know you, they will never forget your name, your medications and always call if there could possibly be a question on a new script, refill or change in medication. It's a great, smaller, personal pharmacy.
