★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and professional. Installed water heater, water softener, filter, fixed two outdoor faucets and re-located some shut offs. Did an excellent job replacing old venting and plumbing. Was efficient, clean and respectful. I will be recommending Zak and will now be my first call if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and dishonest .i called zak h3 weeks a go to repair the leak in washroom vanity he did not fixed the problem but he ask us to pay him 200 so he can go and order the part but he contact us and saying that i have to pay 200 more again for him to to order the part wich i paid already in first place, i call him 2 time he sont answer the phone and its been 2 weeks that i can not use washroom vanity and he never contact me to let me know anything about the part or if he is coming or not . Do not pay him until he finish the job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carless Plumbing has done a few jobs for us and we are very pleased. Today Zak installed a new sump pump with back up battery pump....and solved a leaking pipe issue during the install. I finally feel confident that I have a reliable sump pump. Zak is very pleasant and takes the time to answer your questions. We had a shower issue that wasn't resolved first time and Zak has kept at it to come to a resolution. Very reliable and responsive!

Zak answered my initial contact promptly and I also wanted to replace my outside water shut off valves and had a fireplace that had not worked in years. I booked an appointment to get a quote to do the various jobs and we booked the appointment to complete the work. Zak arrived promptly, worked quickly and quietly and promptly found my leak and repaired it. He then completed the other work and had to order a part for my fireplace so sent me a quote for that and we arranged another appointment. He arrived promptly for all our appointments and is very pleasant to deal with. I recommend him for all your plumbing and gas needs. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could not give star I would..My husband hired this person for a leak in the vanity washroom.he came 2 times and he said he will order a piece for the vanity I pay him 200 dollar in front and he never came back or fix anything..we call him several times and he doesn't answer the phone. So dishonest lier I do not recommend this company. Be very careful and never pay if he doesn't finish the job.
