With the market being very competitive it was a stressful time but Steven made the process very easy and smooth. Living 3 hours away a lot of our communication was done via email, he was always very quick to respond and always kept us in the loop. We had our eyes set on our dream house and were in way over our heads with how to start the whole process. Steven broke everything down for us step by step and was incredibly patient as he walked us through the experience (and house multiple times!) as we made our very important decision and purchase. I don't think he ever missed a phone call of ours once, at very late and early hours, and made us feel like we had his full attention each time we met or spoke even though I'm sure he is balancing many more people simultaneously. Even though we moved in a very short amount of time, it really didn't feel like a rushed process. We will definitely be using Steven's services if we ever make another purchase, and would recommend him to anyone who takes home buying seriously and wants that personal touch.
