★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time home buyer, received suggested list from Realtor. Decided to look myself. Winged it and went with Chuck from Caribou Property Inspections. Couldn't have asked for a better inspection. Chuck was very knowledgeable as he has been building houses and other related building for years. A thourogh job at a fair rate and a great experience overall. 10/10 will use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best property inspection I have had yet. Chuck Mahon was completely knowledgeable, thorough, and left no stone (kitchen tile) unturned. He gives you useful info in regards to fixing any issues as he used to be in construction himself. He was very helpful and I would definitely use his services again.
