Chris accommodated our busy schedules and subject removal timeline. During the home inspection he was thorough, explained his findings in a way that we understood and answered all of our questions. He was always quick to respond and very accommodating with his schedule - he even helped me out on a Sunday morning when I had a deadline. I also had to make a few last minute changes in scheduling and he was very understanding. His reports were extremely thorough and very easy to understand, with many supporting photos and comments. He was able to walk me through an inspection and was very detailed in his explanations. I was very confident in his work and felt very comfortable asking questions. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks Chris!

I heard comments like "he was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions" and "he was very personable and easy to ask questions of", and "his report was a lot more detailed and informative" than I've had before. I have NO qualms when Chris takes care of an inspection for my home buyers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s too bad there are only 5 stars, Chris deserves more. I had an offer in on a home that supposedly had a “pre-inspection” done. Long story short, because of the report from CNI I was spared from making a costly mistake. Just a few days later, i had another inspection done on a different house and this one was meant to be. The inspection report is so thorough and it is something I can use to give attention to every detail that needs it. Thank you so much for your professionalism and incredible work ethic!!
