The staff have been considerate and helpful with all the challenges of my Uncle. I am very satisfied and happy with the care by the staff.

All the meals are great as she says and to staff is so friendly. Her room is large and Evan the person who has arranged all her furniture and taken all her personal items in for her, has been a lifeline as I am not allowed in yet. Thank you to all.

Staff of Caressant care is very good and kind.Specially Retirement home manager Ireme kara she is keeping this place like her home. They have been so helpful to us during this pandemic when we can't get family members in do to stuff. Thank you so much for everything you do for my sister and all the other residents. The staff are always warm and friendly, always willing to lend their support. I am especially grateful for the measure they have in place during the pandemic to keep residents and staff as safe as possible. Upon moving my sister in, the happiness and smiles I see as a whole community has only solidified our choice with Caressant Care in Woodstock. Thank you to the entire staff for all you do!

A few lovely staff but most are not. Pulled my mother from there and is now thriving at her new place. There are other options than Caressant Care Choose wisely
N	Nadine Lulu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been pleasantly surprised by Caressant Care. I had imagined Retirement Homes as grim places, but it is far from the truth. It is brightly lit, smells clean and fresh and the staff are wonderful. I feel very confident leaving my father in their care. It's the small things that mean so much. They wash and fold his clothes, wash his dishes, assist him with bathing, change his linens often, and try to make him feel welcome and included. It's been a difficult transition for Dad, but I can't imagine a better choice. I would love to see a larger variety of social and recreational activities, but realize that Covid and funding restrictions might make this difficult. I have also bee amazed by the Coordinator who visited my father in the hospital to welcome him while she was meant to be on her vacation. She gave him a free mini-fridge and has made herself available regularly to answer our questions and provide a helping hand. I highly recommend Caressant Care.

There staff were amazing to deal with (Irene and Jessica) were always available to answer any questions we had in regards to my moms care. Being out of the province and unable to come to Ontario to visit as much as we would have liked to. It gave us great comfort knowing that she was in good hands at Caressant Care.
