I have nothing but good things to say about the service, quality and price of carefree tubs. George and Stefanie were very knowledgeable and attentive, and not pushy. They had a great showroom to show and try the tub she wanted. The price was more than fair (installed). They were in and out in 6 or so hours and the install was done very well. They cleaned everything up at the end.
Once order was placed the tub was in the same week.
We would recommend them to anyone looking for a walk in tub.

The health protocols in the condominium for the removal and installation did not faze George and his certified electrician.
Both gentlemen were extremely professional in their interactions with condominium staff and ourselves.
George went above and beyond what we expected, to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the installation and walk-in bathtub.
The showroom has plenty of products that customers can see before making these important decisions.
We would highly recommend considering George and Carefree Bathing for your bathroom renovations.
Bathing has never been so much fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was great right from the beginning. Communication was on point and professional. George and his crew are phenomenal. They installed a wonderful tub for my folks who are elderly (my father has Parkinson's) and this tub is so great and easy for them to get in and out of. They also installed a washlet (attachment on the toilet). My folks are very happy and most of all felt like they were well taken care of with the way George and his staff treated them. AMAZING TEAM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to a number of walk in tub companies and had one give me a quote. I was very disappointed in the price quoted and was told there was no discount. I looked online and found Carefree Bathing and spoke to Stephanie who told me all about the company and the tax credits. I had George go over the products and services available. I was very pleased with his presentation and decided to buy a walk in tub. The work is now completed and I am very pleased with Elsa and her father George. If anyone is interested in this product, they can contact me. I am happy to recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ George and Elisa installed and connected our new walk in tub and done it in the most professional way in record 3 days. Our current walk in show had to be partly removed, tiles removed, new wall finished, bath tun installed, electrical work done and new tiles placed in, wall around bathtub need to be painted. They done it immaculately in record time. Price for all work done was affordable. They put extra effort to install safety handles and step to assure entrance and exit to and from the bath tub is completely safe proof for my mom. I will always recommend them to anybody who is planning to install walk in bath tub or do any other bathroom work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved into our house in 1977, and after many years Elsa and George just finished upgrading May of 2022 our terribly outdated bathroom to a wonderfully clean and modern bathroom with a walkin tub. Amazingly, the old big square blue tiles along with the 2 inches of concrete and wire mesh backing was all off by 3pm the first day!
George has great ideas along with Elsa to be very efficient, and do excellent work.
So off with the old tiles and out to a bagster, then rebuilding even with insulation in the outer wall, new pot lights, new over the sink light, ceiling fan which is quiet, comes on with humidity sensor, nice new white brick like wall covering, towel and toilet paper holders, wiring for the tub circulating pump and its heater, a nice glass folding curtain.
We can shower, or walk in, close the door, turn on the seat heater, fill the tub and have a nice soothing soak.
Elsa and George were fun to have in our house, and get this, it was basically all done in just 4 days! Amazing, highly recommend them. 2 photos actually don't do justice to our lovely new bathroom, many thanks to Elsa and George.
