I thought bleeding trauma had higher priority than coughs and sore throats but maybe that's not the case. I have also been here in the past and given "slapshot" diagnosis requiring me to waste time at other doctors' offices to get proper treatment.

Despite my pressing, I never received a proper physical, and was told it was "probably just anxiety." The rest of the staff are great. But if you want someone who cares about you more than they care about themselves being right, go somewhere else. Extremely unhappy.

A	A M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic doesn't call to remind about appointments. I wouldn't have an issue with it though they send out an invoice for $60 the day of the missed appointment. I'm all for a penalty though if they're going to charge for missed appointments due dillegence could be done on their part with a reminder call. For all the times I've arrived on time and waited for a doctor! What's my time worth? It's my opinion it's just more lucrative to bill for missed appointments rather than use staff time to call with a quick reminder and give the patient an opportunity to cancel. It just doesnt' seem right to me.
T	Tammy Neid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to have our first meet and greet with my family. Dr. Noordman was very kind and thorough with my family. She has a very relaxed demeanor that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. All the staff was very professional. One of my daughters is super shy and usually does not talk to new people, but she was answering questions and felt comfortable with everyone in the clinic, which is a relief for me. This morning my youngest had a fever that fluctuates between 40 to 40.6! I called first thing in the morning and they squeezed her in with the other doctor that is there. We are leaving in about 10 minutes to go. Such a relief to know that they will take her in on such short notice. I am very happy with the care that we have received so far and highly recommend this clinic and their doctors to anyone who is looking.
