★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a patient at care first since the beginning… In the beginning my experience there with Dr Z has been nothing but amazing! I absolutely respected Dr Z and trusted him whole heartedly!
For the last week no one has been returning my calls ? I’ve been trying to get in touch with my doctor all week… This is incredibly frustrating and I hope this isn’t an on going problem! I’m not sure of any other way to get in contact with him! I hope he does see this and can get in touch with me especially when my messages say it’s urgent! I don’t understand what’s going on at the office but this has heavily made me rethink my position with this office as my family doctor. Especially when they are posting on their Facebook page but not one second to answer my phone call. Hopefully this is a transitional time for the office and it will be up to five stars again very soon just like it was before!

He addresses the concerns patiently and gives great insights based on his experience. I never felt rushed and highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I liked Dr. Z but with the new receptionist it has gotten slow. Generally calls aren't answered or returned. It used to be fast and calls were returned. It's getting hard to justify staying with this doctor now. They also continue using the old voice-mail of the previous receptionist. If they aren't working there I think changing it would be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor has been great and a welcomed change from my previous GP. It has been simple to get appointments very quickly, only waiting only a couple days, versus weeks with my previous GP. If they don't answer on the first call, wait 5 minutes and call again. That has worked for me every time. Super friendly and doesn't hesitate to refer to specialists when the issues require more expertise than a GP has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Farid is the best doctor to have in your corner. He is thorough with his approach. He leaves no stone unturned. He took me and my wife and kids on as patients, and our health feels in good control with him as our family doctor. Highly recommend!

He’s Treats you like a friend, he listens and replies back to what you say ( No Dr has ever done that) you will never leave with “well that was a waste of time) Amazing person!
