★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by my friend to come here to get a locking nut removed and stud replaced.
Helen was very patient and thorough going through the details of my issue and was equally detailed in explaining the process and what issues or costs that might arise along with an expected timeframe as to when the repair would be complete.
They contacted me promptly after it was finished and when I arrived they explained some of the issues they found (and corrected).
Thank you James, Helen and the team. I really appreciate your work ethic and honesty.
If you are looking for great, knowledgable folks to work on your vehicle, this is a great place to go!

James and the team provide honest reliable service with great quality. My car had a break issue and he squeezed me in on a busy day. I trust the honesty of the business because they provide pictures of what needs to be fixed.. James also puts effort into fixing what he can so I don't have to buy new parts.. I also believe his knowledge is unmatched.. he knows what's wrong and how to fix it regardless of what car you drive.. His staff is friendly and makes me feel like part of the family. I recommend anyone to come here and I have referred dozens of friends who thanked me for the referral. Thank you car house auto for the 11 years of great friendly service..

Both Helen and Brenda are such fantastic people, they make you feel like you’re family and getting a fair deal. I always enjoy my time there while I wait for the work to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was only Car House Auto who delivered after going through hell over the holidays on getting help with the car. I tried Elite Auto Body & Collision in Mississauga, Hans Auto who were neighbors with these guys, also Carcone's along Newkirk in Richmond Hill.. None of them seemed interested on helping me after having Belair ASSIGN/TRANSFER the claim to the shops I mentioned. I highly recommend Car House Auto -as Helen, Brenda and James were all very accommodating.
The quality of work they did was simply put, AMAZING. You wouldn't be able to tell that they replaced the fender as the paint job was a spot match! I hope that when you read this, Car House Auto can make it as easy and pleasant of an experience to you, as they did for me.
