Wanted to share a few words about my experience with Richmond Hill Honda on getting lease supplied cars. It's a great experience. Lewis Mui and Michael Nellis are of a great help to deal with. Punctual, professional, respectful in every way. There could always be situations, which need a special attention and patience from the stuff. Recently I got the brake device done along with steering wheel alignment. The alignment was not done properly initially but they asked me to bring the car back and it was fixed. I am happy with the service and brake service price is competitive compared with other Honda dealers in Vaughan.My service advisor was Jay who is a good guy.

Very professional and friendly. Honestly goes a long way when buying a vehicle and you will definitely find that here. Dishonest, cheap, disappointing! Go to a different branch or be cautious of the vehicle you purchase. Pretty annoyed with this dealership. I just purchased my first car from this location. I bought a used 2018 Honda Civic LX. In the ad there were stains on the seats and when my dad had asked about them, they said that the stains were removed. When we went to view the car there were no stains and the car looked brand new; however, after a day of actually having the car, the stains reappeared on the seats (i've attached images of the car when I went to see it vs. now). So whatever they used to "remove the stains" only masked the actual stains long enough for them to stay hidden. I had to wire the money to them as they do not take certified cheques so that cost me $45. They covered $30 of it due to the inconvenience and when I picked up my vehicle they gave me a half tank of gas rather than filling it. They likely didn't spend the extra money to fill it since they covered some of the wire transfer.
