★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment, told them I was coming up from Regina because I had family near by so the drop off/pick up would be easy. I arrived at the scheduled time and there was no one there. I waited 20 mins, phoned the number posted on the door and left a message with my local call back number. Nobody answered, or returned my call. I was so excited to get my car cleaned--this is not the review I wanted to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a scheduled detailing appointment a couple months ago. I showed up at the appointment on time, and the door was locked. The open sign was on. I tried calling the number on the door multiple times throughout the next hour. Never an answer. I couldn't leave a voicemail because the inbox was full. I never got a follow up call asking where I was or apologizing for missing the appointment. Sucks to make time and pre-tidy the car, drive across the city only to be ghosted by a business.
