J	Jonathan Gervais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience at all at Capital Lincoln. It turn out to be the classic vendor that will do anything to sell you a car. This will obviously include lies and empty promises. After been told word for word, I will get you a set of rubber, as yes he agreed, he come back later saying he could not commit to his own statement anymore. After coming to another agreement, he tried to convince me that a tire road hazard warranty was require on all vehicle for a cost of $599 and that must be added to the invoice. This was clearly not true and totally dishonest. Chad, the sell manager is in my opinion the perfect example why people come with a defensive / wall type attitude in a dealership. If he tried to pull that off on me, I could not imagine what he could try on a young student or an elderly couple that would just blindly trust him. . The only reason why I went forward with the purchase is because the vehicle I purchased is not common like a ford 150 or a honda civic. I purchased a lincoln MKZ 2016 and according to the research I did on the internet, only another one was for sale outside the city. The only positive thing I have to say is The finance manager Peter, was nice and upfront and actually shown honesty. My road test was ready when I arrived, but that would expected from any other places. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I booked an appointment after 3 messages to Rej (sp?) went unreturned 2 weeks ago. What's the point of making an appointment if it takes 3.5 hours for an oil change? They certainly don't value my time. I appreciate that they have to do extra sanitizing, but really, how long does that take? When I booked, I noted that I had received a recall notice in April that states-from Lincoln-that parts are ready-yet they could not/did not have parts. -Still!- What's the deal with that? I don't have unlimited time to continue to bring my vehicle there and wait for simple service. They tried to upsell regular maintenance-but I will go elsewhere, as I just can't afford the time. They washed my SUV, which is appreciated. I was able to book a courtesy vehicle-which made it bearable-but it should not take half a day for an oil change. Simple maintenance should be just that-simple. I will likely not to go back.

Bought a white 2021 Ford Bronco Sport about 2 weeks ago and was blown away by how relaxed the atmosphere was at Ford Capital Lincoln Winnipeg. The entire sales team, from the sales rep. (Cloudy) to the manager, treated us with unmatched courtesy and respect. We were greeted with a complimentary coffee/water, given tons of privacy while making our decision, and were at no point pushed or rushed into the purchase. Highly recommend this dealership if you appreciate being treated like a vehicle purchasing client should be! Additionally, the Ford Bronco Sport is an excellent vehicle. I was shocked that a 1.5L engine has that much push. But to make it even better, the fuel economy is absolutely outstanding. Ford definitely got their engines right (this is coming from a loyal RAM owner). Make sure you take advantage of their extended warranty. Not only is it priced competitively, but it offers amazing perks, so be sure to ask your rep. Thank you Capital Lincoln for the unforgettable purchasing experience!
