Put gravol down once in a month and didn’t come back after freezing rain, never dealt with anything properly. Come today and no gravel where there is still ice that I couldn’t get off the sidewalk. And watched ppl fall because there was to much water on the side walk so I cleaned the ice away from the drain. I Should have took a pic before starting,even tho they take pictures after they done. I used to be on call for thrifty services landscaping. If we have left it like that we would have be sent back on our time cuz we didn’t do it properly.

My senior neighbour contracts them to do his snow. Through the last month of freezing rain and snow, plus warms ups and melting; this company literally only came once to put gravel down. After my senior neighbour slipped and fell, and cut his face on the useless gravel.. my wife and I went and scraped down all of the ice off his sidewalks and put down salt at our own expense. It’s been over a week since then, and now Cap-City finally decides to send somebody back out to check the property. Well your guy came, used a backpack blower to take off the top layer of snow; did nothing about the new ice that’s developed or anything else, and left. That is pitiful, and terrible customer service. I will continue to go fix your mistakes for my elderly neighbour; but don’t be surprised when you lose the contract as it ends and he chooses not to renew. You’re lucky he’s too nice to sue for the injuries he incurred slipping on your companies pitiful excuse for a ‘cleared’ sidewalk. I am disgusted that your company would think it’s appropriate to leave any property in the states they have at my neighbours; especially the property of two people over 80. And then today doing essentially nothing and taking a picture of the work as if it was complete. Your employee didn’t deal all that ice, my wife and I did. Really check time; your work is not quality so either shape or just stop pretending.

I admired the way they endured through a difficult winter of Covid and its resulting staffing problems; and, a long stretch of very cold weather with large amounts of heavy snow. I especially appreciated Tom - the site supervisor and lead snow removal person for my home. I researched extensively before I chose Cap-City. I am very satisfied with my choice both financially and in terms of the quality of their service and personnel! For anyone interested they also do commercial snow removal.

They did a good job with the sod but never took a leaf blower to clean the side walks. It's been over 2 weeks in some areas. Piles of sand and sod everywhere. They still have equipment parked on 119ave and 85 and in the park close by
