Over 20 years ago our young family started a professional relationship with Leo as he went out of his way, and well beyond the duty of a typical realestate agent to help us become first time home buyers. Now over the course of those 20 years Leo has helped us buy, sell, and develop several properties. Absolutely phenomenal team!!! From first contact until signed deal in 14 days with all offers above asking price!! Leo Ronse has gathered a very skilled team in his group that facilitates all aspects of the sale to moving process. Their communications along the way were outstanding, at all times. I knew exactly where the process stood at every point along the way. When conducting showings, this group always had one of their real estate agents present in the house. In addition, their knowledge of local lawyers and carpet cleaning services were exceptional especially given my tight timeline. The interpersonal caring and genuine concern demonstrated by everyone I encountered in the group was beyond reproach. It made it easy to work with them because they so clearly understood my concerns about the nature of the property purchaser (i.e., Developers that would clear cut). Anyone looking to sell a home in the local area could not miss by listing it with this team. Having moved several times throughout my lifetime, I have had a lot of positive moves, but none were ever as easy and worry free at this one has been. That is because of Leo and his teammates. Even my very tight timelines were readily accepted and moved on with all possible speed. I can’t recommend this real estate group enough. The whole experience has been wonderful!

Cantplaygolf real estate group helped me sell my townhouse in Surrey and help me buy my condo in South Surrey. My realtor, Dave Borton was very knowledgable, always there when I needed questions answered and very honest. He sold my townhouse in 3 days and at the highest price ones ever sold for. Bad experience. I met Leo Ronse at an open house at the home we bought and now live in. Leo Ronse represented the seller and Cory van Santen represented us as the buyer. Both Realtors working from Wolstencroft brokerage. Seller sent us a contract to sign with a Chinese food take out menu attached (???). Promises were made and broken. Collusion seems likely. Realtors say/do anything to pump the deal and earn commission. I reached out to Cory, Leo, and the broker Peter to no avail. When I call Leo's office I was told "don't be upset he can't take your call, he is a busy man". See my review of Wolstencroft for further details.

The Can’t play golf team was fantastic to work with. I told them exactly what I wanted, which seemed impossible given the market constraints. They made the impossible happen. I didn't have to compromise at all. I worked closely with Dave Borton, he was willing to put in the work. He was always available when I needed to reach him. Dave is very honest and will tell you the truth even if it's not in his best interest to do so. I couldn't of asked for a better experience with my transaction.
