★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite staff and the one girl is very knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to tell me about the newest and highest thc and always gets me to spend more then I originally intended to but unfortunately she doesn't make muc money so I can't see her sticking around long. So all the staff if u hear this help her get a raise cause she's helping bring more clientele because of her knowledge and like everyone here so stick together as a team go cannabis house west

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 3rd and last visit today. I wore a mask in, when I mentioned to the girl that I was vaccinated, that I wore it as extra precaution against the variant, and for the unvaccinated. She proceeded to tell me that she thought the virus was a hoax, that she was angered at her grandmother for secretly getting vaccinated, that the mainstream media was controlled by the government. I finished paying for, what turned out to be excellent bud, and as I left the store I told her that I was wearing the mask for her. She didn't even thank me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome. It has a wide variety of products. Probably the most options I've seen anywhere in town. I went in and mostly just wanted to grab some basics and check out the place. The guy who helped me was Brian and he was extremely professional and very friendly. He didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions and he really knew what he was talking about. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed the entire time. We talked, we joked, and I had my absolute best experience with any cannabis establishment ever. I love this place, the atmosphere, and the people. If you want a great experience you won't be disappointed with this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my son frequents this store on a daily basis, same product, same amount $$...this week, he went in and made his purchase, only to realize 1st they charged 2 different, incorrect amounts (38.94 + 1.34)?? then a duplicate unidentfied transaction showed up on his bank statement for the correct amount of 41.99 including gst. I have contacted the store for 4 days now to have the manager correct the error and still have not heard back from her and no correction has been made...you would think they would see an error when they cash out?? STILL WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO CALL!! disappointed customer in belmead
