Our group had Babs as our guide and she was amazing. Smart, funny and so proficient with the oars. We gained a lot of knowledge through her. She made our experience very enjoyable and full of laughter.

We did the Rafts and Crafts tour as a girls weekend and our guide Erin was great. She was very knowledgeable about the area and history. After our rafting she had some great recommendations on what to try at the different brewery stops. All in all a great experience. We may even check out the 3 day tour next year!

The ride was gentle and smooth, really good for families with small kids. The views are mesmerizing and you get to see a close look at the Three Sisters Mountain. The guide was very knowledgeable about the area and he was so cool, great and kind. Hope I go for more and you all enjoy???

Walked up at 1130am to book 2 spots for the 12pm boat tour that had an advertisement of 10 spots available. The weather was supposed to be bad today but cleared by up in the morning and rain estimated for the afternoon at this point which is why they weren't busy. We were refused a booking because they had a discussion amongst themselves and told us they would need a minimum of four people. They then said they also require an hour notice before booking a tour (so what is the point of walking up to their kiosk and advertising how many spots you have available and specific tour times?). Also, it was going to rain heavy in the afternoon, so then no point in booking this tour. Very unfortunate, the weather is cloudy but no rain until later in the afternoon, would have been nice to take this tour. We did not have time to stick around Canmore until 3-4pm. No issues booking a walk-up tour with the float tours in Banff. They took 2 people solo no issue. Customer service note, don't advertise your product or service if you aren't going to follow through. If you deny two people, you are potentially denying your minimum four people because they will just always walk away. If you can't run a float tour on two people, charge higher or advertise in writing "minimum four people necessary for a tour to take place". I am not even sure if that is a real policy, your staff did not inspire confidence, sorry not sorry!

The staff was very informative during the booking process. There was full safety measures in place for water and COVID concerns. Our guides were kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the area and all things connected to our tour.

We took a 2.5 hour tour and it was an awesome experience, it was scenic , we saw local wildlife and gained so much knowledge about the area , 2.5 hours we were in a different world and time just flew by. It is a must do if you are visiting Canmore, Chris who owns CRT is an amazing guy, he goes above and beyond to make sure that you have your best time in Canmore, he also helped us by taking care of our luggage when we had a 6 hr difference between our hotel checkout and ride back home, he made us feel at home in Canmore. Highly highly recommended. Thank God we took the tour as it made us meet some of the most amazing people.

We visited Canmore during the extreme heat dome in June / July 2021. We decided to take in the views on a slow raft (I'm nervous on and in water). We booked on the main Street in Canmore and got all the instructions we needed. It was a five minute walk to the launch place (over the bridge). Friendly and funny tour guides, you're given a life jacket to wear. You do stop in an area you can get out of the raft so if you want to do that dress accordingly :) remember your camera as there are amazing views on the way. We took the hour float and it was really relaxing. Our guide taught us lots of things we had not known. I'd really recommend this for all ages.
