A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ * This is NOT a false review!!! The reason why they couldn’t find my name in the system was because it was in my husbands name!! Not mine!!! Why would someone take this much time to write a false review?!? Unbelievable!!! I will be contacting them, again after this. Wow....* Had a worker from these guys come in when my pipes froze a couple months ago. Totally took advantage of us. Took two and a half days on a job that should have maybe taken an hour which was cutting out a piece of split pipe and replacing it, then wrapping with heat tape. After spending all day doing lord knows what under my trailer, he started coming into my house every 10 minutes to, “warm up” as it was cold out but this was heading into after hours so it was overtime and already on the weekend. Then decides to stay an extra few hours to work on my softner, and after all that time my water still wasn’t back on because he had to come back the next day to do heat tape. So he comes back and Spends six hours the next day doing just that? Also left a huge mess of piping materials and other garbage, including tools that apparently didn’t work anymore. As well as an extremely outrageous bill after all that. At least clean up your mess, and at least spend your time doing what you said you were going to do in the first place, which was cut out a piece of pipe and replace it. Not all this other junk. Very unimpressed. Would not recommend this place for any type of repair.
P	Patti Blocksidge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered a very rusty bottom on our hot water tank this morning! I called Canadian Western Mechanical, and they had a plumber here this afternoon. The young gentleman was very polite and performed a re and re of the tank which included moving our water softener to get access to the water tank. He cleaned up the area including sweeping the floor. We couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend Canadian Western Mechanical. Thanks

Joel and Josh were incredible. I am sincerely grateful and impressed. I will recommend them every time. Thank you again.

They came on time, worked thru the day and got everything done. They were careful in moving furnaces in and out. They tidied everything up before they left. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I received a quote from Joel at the end of last year. I had a wonderful experience with them, quote was on time and the price was fair for a furnace new install. They were pleasant to deal with and I will be calling in the future for any other HVAC needs. I did not write the bad review post, from my experience I have nothing but good things to say and appreciate them notifying me about the name discrepancy.

Recently I had my furnace quit over the Christmas holidays and they were able to send out a technician right away to start the diagnosis of the issue. Management was able to provide me with a quote and a timeframe for a full furnace replacement if required. My furnace is old and I was hesitant to put lots of money into it rather than replace it altogether. This allowed myself to make the best decision possible in the circumstance. During this time they even maintained great communication for any questions that I had during the process. I found them to be fair and professional when dealing with them, which is something I value when dealing with any company. Thanks to all of the staff at Canadian Western Mechanical.
