★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Automatic debit comes out at 2 o'clock on the morning of the 15th your paycheque goes in 3 o'clock at the 15th and $200 worth of bounce charges later you are got a report at the credit bureau
Go to a bank that is smart enough to figure this out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sherwood park branch is great and I would recommend them, they are definitely on the ball but Red Deer not so good. Hate to give a bad review but this was a major screwup. I had a time sensitive reverse transfer, the Red Deer WB bank manager spoke with me and told would get back but completely disregarded it without apology, making it out that I was the one in the wrong as she was “In meetings” I ended up having to phone the Sherwood bank to get service. They are the ones worth dealing with but would stay away from Red Deer WB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with them for more than a decade & they have always been good for the most part. The only reason that it's not a 5 star review is because they won't let you set your own withdrawal limits, they set them for you & refuse to allow you to permanently increase them.
