Being a first time home buyer, she made sure that I understood the process and was comfortable with my decisions. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable which made the process for me less scary and much more enjoyable. What made this experience stand out the most, was the product and industry knowledge that Katherine shared with me to make sure that I made the most sound and informed decisions – BIG DECISIONS at that. Through this process, I mustve asked Katherine a billion and one questions (newbie alert) and without fail, she had answers for me. AMAZING.
