The branch manager himself attended to my concern and made certain that his staff advisor would promptly assist me. My experience was All positive! I found the employees to be very personable, informative and helpful! Thank you 50th Avenue Royal Bank Branch!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first review and feel strongly about posting this one. After going into the main branch downtown this week and having two female staff unwilling to wait on customers and speak to each other in what I am assuming was Russian, I will never return to the branch. They were being incredibly rude and there was a conversation being had with myself and other customers waiting over how inappropriate it is to carry on in a gossipy manner and not even be doing your job. With bank teller position jobs being replaced more and more with technology, I would think the customer service would be at an all time high, but sadly I experienced the opposite. When finally being waited on, the service was not any better by one of the staff that was originally too busy socializing with her friend/co-worker. Sadly the regular teller I have been happy to see for many years and have always been greeted sweetly by was not working and I will be looking for another branch location moving forward. I would hope the branch would speak to the two employees about such behaviors.
