When I had trouble getting the tow charge covered, he was kind and patient while I worked it out. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help in a stressful situation as this. I was able to contact Singh from Australia and he was nothing but helpful in doing his best to help with cost and reliability during this tough time. He was always quick to reply and gave me constant updates on his communication with the wrecker where it had to be towed. After every towing service in Strathmore told me I would have to wait 4 hours I called Singh and he was by my side within half an hour. I had very spotty service and he found me by my directions alone, even though I was honestly lost- I was very thankful for is as my phone died shorty after. My attempts to get myself out of the ditch proved to only dig me even further inside, and the job was pretty tough at that point. Singh had me out in 15 minutes with no damage to my car and a friendly attitude throughout despite how cold and wet the weather was outside. The kicker? They charged me less than I was quoted by all the tow companies that were located 30 closer. Would give 10 stars if I could! Wonderful service.
L	Larry Thieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i needed to have my car towed to the dealership. they asked the sooner they can get it, the quicker they can diagnose the problem. i called canadian towing and recovery and spoke to singh. he told me he could be at my location in 15-20 min. he was on time and very professional. he hooked my car up and off he went. he updated me with everything that was going on and also informed me when everything was done and that the dealership had the car and keys. very happy with how everything went. will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be using this company in the future.

My car had initially held onto it's charge after being boosted, but drained almost immediately after I attempted to actually use it. Luckily, the owner had stayed around to make sure I could leave the parking lot I was stuck in, so he was able to attempt another boost, and ultimately towed my car to my mechanic of choice. Had he driven off after the first boost, I would've had to make more calls, but I was able to (thankfully) avoid that. Hugely recommend this local service both for their caring attitude and rates.

Singh was out as fast as he could get there, picked me and my car up quickly & safely, and delivered us to the repair shop in Chestermere and offered me a ride home. He's a quiet man but very friendly and efficient. I will definitely call him next time I'm in a jam.
