★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was towed and stored at city wide impound, after a unbeknownst to me, friend was driving suspended. I drive a 2015 Cadillac escalade premium I had gotten only in Nov from the Cadillac Dealership with less than 90,000km. My car has never had any issues and purrs like a kitty... when I got to my vehicle.. the battery was completely dead, and now warning messages for my suspension and leveling... I'm not impressed!! I'm going tomorrow to file damages claim... this is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vote for driver of the year goes to Tyson! City Wide dropped off a container one morning and picked it up the next morning exactly as promised. We arrived at the new location to find it had been delivered right where we had requested. Can’t say enough good things about Tyson’s prompt, professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on your operator who was hooking up an SUV on Barlow Trail headed south bound just south of 32nd avenue. The driver of the broken down vehicle was standing in the middle of traffic while the operator was hooking up the disabled vehicle. Under no circumstances should a person be in the middle of traffic in harms way. The operator should have had the person sit in the tow truck for everyone's safety.
Your operating procedures need to be evaluated or more training provided for your drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I decided to phone this company to tow my car as it broke down on the highway a few days ago. After asking how long it would take for them to arrive they said it would be 1hr I waited 2hrs and when I phoned they didn’t pick up. The guy finally showed up with a big attitude and started putting my car on the flat bed. When he drove away my car roles off as he did secure it after that I lost it on him and went up to him yelling he then had the audacity to punch me in the face. I highly don’t recommend this company please save yourself and go with somebody else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After speaking with Kristin at dispatch about my car not starting and needing to get it to a garage, she quickly sent out a tow truck that arrived in an hour and a half. Nick the tow truck driver was professional, helpful and courteous. Seriously consider calling City Wide Towing the next time your car won't start when it is -30.

It's never fun when you see your car on a tow truck, thanks for making it a great experience, no heart attack moments, and a peace of mind!
